It didn't work out for us, as both my wife and I have very small glasses and while wearing this on top, there was still room above the eyes for the sunlight to shine in. Having said that, I can definitely see it working quite well for those who have a larger pair of glasses. So I rated it 5 stars because it is a very nice pair of fit over sunglasses. It all depends on if it fits your particular frame. The back part of the sunglasses is a bit too snug. The hinge part also tends to pinch my hair and I've had a few strands of hair pulled out when I take the sunglasses off. Other than that they fit over my eyeglasses (the frame says 44-17-125) just barely and it comes with a soft case that fits well into my car side pocket.
